Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime Launched in India

The Prime is Xiaomi’s first smartphone manufactured in India, tailored specifically for the country. The handset is fronted by a 4.7-inch fully-laminated IPS HD display, and runs on a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor and 2GB RAM. What you also get is 16GB memory (with support for microSD), dual 4G micro-SIM slots, an 8MP backside illuminated (BSI) rear camera with LED flash, a 2MP selfie shooter that’s also capable of HD videos, and a 2200mAh battery. The Redmi 2 Prime runs Miui 6, a customized version of Android KitKat.
